At Aliso Ridge Behavioral Health, we understand that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer personalized outpatient treatment programs designed to help adults and adolescents heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.
To give you a deeper look at our approach, we’ve created a video explaining our evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psychoeducation.
Our Outpatient Programs: Structured Support for Lasting Recovery
We provide different levels of care to meet each individual’s needs, including:
1. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP offers intensive, structured treatment for adults and adolescents who need comprehensive support without an overnight hospital stay. With daily therapeutic groups, psychiatric oversight, and individualized care, PHP helps stabilize symptoms while allowing patients to return home in the evenings.
2. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP is ideal for those stepping down from inpatient or PHP care, or for individuals who need structured therapy while maintaining daily responsibilities. Groups meet three hours a day, three days a week, focusing on CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, and coping skills.
Why Our Approach Works
All of our programs include:
✔ Psychiatric evaluation & medication management
✔ Individualized treatment planning
✔ Group therapy (process groups, coping skills, relapse prevention, and more)
✔ Family involvement to strengthen recovery
✔ A multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses
Our therapies are designed to help you:
- Identify and change negative thought patterns (CBT)
- Manage overwhelming emotions (DBT)
- Build a meaningful life despite challenges (ACT)
- Find motivation for change (MI)
- Understand your mental health for better self-management (Psychoeducation)
