Today, we are proud to highlight a cornerstone of our clinical team, Rachel Mullaney, LCSW, as our new Director of Clinical Services – Inpatient.
While Rachel is stepping into a new leadership role, she is a very familiar face at Aliso Ridge. For the past four and a half years, she has been an invaluable part of the ARBH team, working on the front lines of inpatient psychiatric care.
A Proven History of Clinical Excellence
Rachel’s tenure at Aliso Ridge has been defined by her commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), her experience spans the critical areas that define successful inpatient treatment:
- Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate, stabilized care for patients in their most vulnerable moments.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: working closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists to ensure holistic treatment plans.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining rigorous standards to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Her deep understanding of the Aliso Ridge clinical environment and population makes her the ideal leader to oversee our inpatient services.

Beyond the Clinical Setting
While Rachel is dedicated to her patients and team, she also believes in the importance of work-life balance. When she is not at the hospital, you can often find her embracing her active side.
Rachel is a passionate hockey fan and even plays the sport herself! She is also enjoying life as a newlywed and is a proud “dog mom” to two beloved pups.
