At OC Specialty Health & Hospitals, we understand the importance of family and loved ones in the healing process. To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients, we have established visitation guidelines for our facilities. Visiting Hours
Visitation is structured to accommodate different patient groups:

Adults | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM |
Adolescents | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM |
Visitor Requirements
- Age Restrictions: Visitors must be at least 12 years old (minors cannot be left unattended).
- Visitor Limit: Two visitors per patient per day.
- Weekdays: 15-minute visits
- Weekends: 30-minute visits
- Face Masks Required: All visitors must wear masks inside the facility.
- Approved Visitors for Adolescents: Only immediate family members unless approved by the physician.
Prohibited Items & Policies
- No personal belongings (use visitor lockers or leave items in vehicles).
- No contraband (see full list below).
- No emotional support animals (service dogs permitted).
Contraband Items (Not Permitted)
- Electronics (cell phones, smartwatches, laptops)
- Weapons, sharp objects, or hazardous items
- Alcohol, drugs, or paraphernalia
- Clothing with strings, belts, or inappropriate imagery
- Aerosols, glass, or metal items

Additional Notes
- Arrive Early: Check-in may take time—plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before visitation starts.
- Patient Confidentiality: ARBH uses individual PIN codes for patient updates.
- Nurse Office Hours: Available 24/7 for updates on patient care.
- Phone Calls: Patients may call during free times (7:00–8:00 AM, 6:00–7:00 PM, 8:30–9:30 PM).
